Organic chickpea flour, organic yellow lentil flour, organic red lentil flour.
Preheat your oven to 375° F.
Spread 1 cup of your favorite sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Lay 3 - 4 dry lasagna sheets over the sauce with a little space between each sheet - the sheets will expand while cooking.
Top lasagna sheets with the cheese of your choice and then another layer of sauce. Repeat to your heart’s desire.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes.
For the cheesiest top layer, remove the foil, sprinkle with extra shredded cheese and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes.
Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
